VIII. Octavus Rhine riesling 2S

Our winery’s spontaneously fermented premium selection. The golden, raisined grapes harvested at the end of October provide a rich and concentrated base for this exceptional wine. Despite fermentation in oak barrels and 24 months of ageing on fine lees, it retains remarkable freshness and fruit character, complemented by distinctive, vibrant calcareous minerality and harmonious balance. Its mature and complex aromatic profile combines the classic citrus and fruit notes of Riesling with elegant oak spice, delicate nutty nuances, and creamy layers developed through extended ageing.
