VII. Septimus Rhine Riesling S
A spontaneously fermented premium wine. The golden yellow and raisin grapes were
harvested in mid-October. The result of the 12 month barrel fermentation is a fine,
mature wine, subdued in citrus, ripe apples and apricots with a taste that is characterized by
elegant minerality and long finish.
