VII. Septimus Rhine Riesling S

A spontaneously fermented premium wine, crafted from golden-hued, naturally shrivelled grapes harvested at the end of October. Slow barrel fermentation at the cellar’s natural temperature was followed by 12 months of fine lees ageing, adding depth and complexity to the wine. On the palate, delicate citrus notes, ripe apple and peach flavours, and elegant minerality come together in perfect harmony, leading to a long and refined finish.
