VIII. Octavus Rhine riesling 2S 2016

Our first spontaneously fermented premium wine. The golden yellow and raisin grapes were harvested in mid-October and fermented in barrels for 24-months. The result of the slow fermentation is a sweeping mature wine characterized by pronounced calcified minerality, perfect balance and a great potential for further maturing.
